Wonderstuff were engaged to deliver a new visual identity for The Water Hub – a group formed by Durham County Council, Durham University, the Environment Agency, and a small group of high profile private organisations – with aims to build awareness of water efficiency, water cleaning, flood risk and water use in energy systems.
“The Water Hub is a collaborative venture led by Prof. Louise Bracken, Director of the Institute of Hazard, Risk and Resilience at Durham University, and George Gerring, Senior Advisor for the Catchment Based Approach at the Environment Agency.”
The solution was inspired by natural water dynamics using the concept of the “ripple effect” as a way of visualising motion at the same time as keeping the identity modern and clean.
Wonderstuff also created a range of launch communications materials.
